Your blinds are WONDERFUL!!! A great value and great quality. Your customer service is outstanding!! Especially "CAT"!!! What a great help and very much appreciated. My only disappointment is the sale 2 weeks after I bought my shades you had mine with the free upgrade to top down, bottom up. Wish we could've had 3 of ours that way as they were for our living room and we keep hanging plants in those windows.

Thanks for taking care of our blind so quickly. We are very happy with our blinds and especially the service. I have told many people about the "customer friendly" service and recommended your company.

It certainly is refreshing to deal with someone who is honest and so helpful. It would have been very easy to overlook my mistake with the routless but you didn't and now the miscolored blind has been taken care of without any problems.

All 9 cellular shades arrived 11 days after ordering. It took about an hour and 10 minutes to install all nine, no problems and they look great. I saved a significant amount of money compared to the prices at the local building centers and curtain shops. I will buy again from this site.

  • In the event that a product, color or product feature has been discontinued and it is no longer available we will provide a substitute product as similar as possible to the original blind or shade.
  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
