We were very pleased with the blinds. Ordering was easy and they came in a timely manner. The blinds are very good quality and we love them. The only problem we had is - they are cordless and they came with the little plastic clips that go on the bottom to pull up and down. The clips were very, very hard to get on and two of them broke while trying to get them attached. Other than that, we are very happy!

After searching the internet for the best deal you came up first and I kept coming back to you. Leary of shopping online, but again you had the best price for the money. To go to a store for exact measurements the price was double. My 4 window orders were delivered sooner than expected and much better quality than the one I purchased Lowes blinds 6 years ago for about the same as I paid for 3. I am extremely satisfied and have been telling all my friends about Blinds Chalet. I don't need money to refer, you guys are great! Thank You.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
