Does the Smart Life app cost anything to use?
No, use of the Smart Life app is entirely free, with no service or monthly account fees.

Can I schedule timers in my Smart Life App?
Yes, create personalized automation by setting timers to open and close your shades at your preferred times throughout the day.

Can I give someone else access to control my shades?
Share control with family members or guests in seconds by tapping the 'Share Device' icon within the app. Note that each shade or shade group can only connect via Bluetooth to one phone or tablet at a time.

Can I use voice control?
For control of your shades and to activate voice control (e.g. Alexa voice commands), you must purchase a Smart Hub.

Can I operate my shades while I’m not at home?

What is a Bali Gateway Smart Home Hub device and why would I want one?
A Bali Gateway Smart Home Hub device can be added as an optional upgrade for control in the Motorization app. This device allows you to control your shades remotely when you are not at home and integrate with third party services like Alexa and Google Home.

Is a Bali Gateway Smart Home Hub required to control my Bluetooth shades?
No, the Bluetooth shades are ready to connect directly to your mobile device or remote without a Smart Home Hub.

Can I use voice control?
Voice control is available with the addition of the Bali Gateway Smart Home Hub. Connect to Google Home and Amazon Alexa with the Bali Gateway Smart Home Hub device.

Can I operate my shades while I’m not at home?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
