Our Room Darkening Zebra Shades offer the same modern transitional design as our light filtering option, but with enhanced privacy and light control. These shades feature alternating bands of blackout fabric and sheer material, allowing you to transition between softened light and full room darkening by aligning the layered fabric bands. They can be raised like a traditional roller shade or adjusted to fine-tune the amount of light entering your space.
The blackout fabric bands are 3" high, paired with 2" sheer stripes, and are available in a variety of room darkening colors listed below.
Cassette / Valance Information
- Continuous Cord Loop Zebra Shades come with a fabric-insert cassette, wrapped in a coordinating room-darkening fabric for a sleek, finished appearance.
- Cordless Zebra Shades come with a color-coordinated metal cassette (no fabric insert).
- Motorized Zebra Shades include a fabric-insert cassette only, matched to the selected blackout fabric color.

Continuous Cord Loop
This lift option has a looping lift cord adjacent to the shade. The fabric/material is narrower on the control side allowing the control to hang to the side without interfering with the lift of the shade. Shades with Continuous Cord Loop option may have a light gap on black-out shades.

The wand motorization is ideal for child safety with no lift cords. With the press of a button raise and lower the shades with ease. Used to re-charge the batteries for a motorized shade. One charger can be used for multiple motorized shades so you may buy just one per order but you can always buy extra. If you select motorization we recommend adding at least one charger.
