I contacted Blinds Chalet and they were very quick to resolve the problem, they sent replacements right away. I measured and installed the blinds myself, very simple installation and a perfect fit. They added a beautiful finishing touch to my windows. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them in the future!

I really like it. It's a lot lighter(weight) than I thought it would be. This blind is for my bathroom, it has a large window that faces the street, even though it's on the second floor, people still can see inside the bathroom. The blinds gives me more light than before, I had vertical blinds before. It was pretty easy to put up. I did almost everything by myself, except having my daughter helped me putting the blinds into the brackets. My blinds are pretty wide. Overall, it was pretty simple to put up.
