I ordered the express 1/2" cordless double cell shades for my bay window in my dining room. I received them 2 days ago and installed them last night. I have to say I love them and they were incredibly easy to install! I will definitely come back and order more from this site when I need more window blinds or shades.

I just received and installed my second set of Wood Blinds and they are so beautiful. We love them, they are great quality. I did have one mis-cut valance that was too short by 1 inch, but they are replacing and all is well. will buy again and will recommend.

Your blinds are WONDERFUL!!! A great value and great quality. Your customer service is outstanding!! Especially "CAT"!!! What a great help and very much appreciated. My only disappointment is the sale 2 weeks after I bought my shades you had mine with the free upgrade to top down, bottom up. Wish we could've had 3 of ours that way as they were for our living room and we keep hanging plants in those windows.

Thanks for taking care of our blind so quickly. We are very happy with our blinds and especially the service. I have told many people about the "customer friendly" service and recommended your company.

It certainly is refreshing to deal with someone who is honest and so helpful. It would have been very easy to overlook my mistake with the routless but you didn't and now the miscolored blind has been taken care of without any problems.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address to return the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed 2-3 business days after receiving the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
