I received my blinds within the time frame stated on the website. They are quality blinds, they were easy to install, they look great, and are holding up very well over my kitchen sink although they get splashed from time to time.

All I can say is WOW! Not only was my order delivered a week before I expected it, IT WAS PERFECT! Everything was just as it was supposed to be...the color, the measurements, the ease of installation! We are avid San Jose Sharks fans and we have Sharks signs and what-not hanging in the garage. I have searched and searched for San Jose Sharks "Teal" mini blinds to replace the yucky white ones. I am so happy I found Blinds Chalet and we are thrilled with the blinds! Makes me wish I had more windows to do. Thank you Blinds Chalet! Your product and service is excellent!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
