I love your website design very easy to find what your looking for. The Account order tracking page, I wish would have more detail about if the shades have shipped, and estimated delivery time. I had received my blinds for the kitchen, and on you site it still said in production. Otherwise the blind was beautiful. I would recommend you to friends absolutely.

We just love our new faux wood blinds. Our model home came with drapes, however we wanted some extra privacy and something to keep the sun and heat out. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
