just wanted to let you know that I was very impressed with the blinds that I recently ordered. They look great and we can already feel the difference in heat retention due to the double cells! ALso - the installation was amazingly easy!! I installed 5 large blinds by myself in about 40 minutes. Whoever came up with the hardware for this installation deserves a medal! I was expecting to spend the entire afternoon on this project and was so pleasantly surprised when I realized how elegantly simple the installation was. Thanks for a great quality product.

We are very satisfied with the product. The price is satisfactory and the quality is great. We did have some trouble receiving our order. The first blind arrived on time, but the second blind was lost in shipping and we did not receive it until a month after the initial shipping. The customer service was good and the last representative was very helpful. She (Keia) followed up and made sure that our order arrived and in good condition.

I am thrilled with all the blinds I purchased. I can't say enough good things about the product, service, installation and quality. Now I'm looking for panel track verticals and am so disappointed that you don't carry them. Or at least I can't find them on your website........tell me I just missed them, please?!?!?!?

  • In the event that a product, color or product feature has been discontinued and it is no longer available we will provide a substitute product as similar as possible to the original blind or shade.
  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
