Great quality and excellent customer service! I spoke with one of the owner's over the phone. I was amazed that one of the owner's would take the time to answer my questions. This company seems to be dedicated to customer service and has great prices on top quality products that cannot be found anywhere else online!

Ordering samples & blinds was fairly easy--there were a lot of options, but that's probably a good thing. It was a little unclear what the differences between the Premier & Express blinds were though. I'm presuming from the blank "shipping" field in the order summary that it hasn't shipped yet.

I started with 3 windows in my kids play room because I wanted to see the actual product before I spent the money for all of the rooms. After ordering, receiving and hanging the first 3, I am confident that I made the right choice to buy through Blinds Chalet. I was very happy with my order with blinds chalet. The first package that arrived did not have the valance and so I emailed customer support which was promptly responded to within the next day and they said that the missing valance would be made and sent out asap. Got the valance within a few days and the blinds fit perfectly and are great!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
