I put them up in less than 10 minutes and I'm too crazy about the look. I have no comment on the delivery, they were custom so I didn't expect them to ship in 2-3 days.

Thanks so much. Kathy Cape Coral, FL I have to say this..... Dec 4 2008 I have to say this..... I haven't received my blinds as of yet but my reason for choosing Blinds Chalet was simple. They sent me a free sample of the wooden blinds that I ended up purchasing (and even paid the shipping costs). If that's not a good business practice I don't know what is. Based on the quality of the sample and the price of the actual blinds, I had to order it. Too bad my blinds were custom..... Now I'm patiently waiting
