I emailed with customer service, Patty was her name, I believe, and she helped me find the right size and color from my earlier order. I placed the order later in the day, and she had watched for it, and took the time to contact me to make sure I'd ordered the right color, since I'd originally stated I wanted to order the same color as before, but had decided to change my mind and order a slightly different color this time. It was really nice of her to take the time to check with me, and to have noticed I'd ordered differently that I'd originally told her in the first place! I LOVE my blinds. They fit perfectly, and are say to install. And customer service was excellent!!
