It was a little unclear what the differences between the Premier & Express blinds were though. I'm presuming from the blank "shipping" field in the order summary that it hasn't shipped yet.

The first package that arrived did not have the valance and so I emailed customer support which was promptly responded to within the next day and they said that the missing valance would be made and sent out asap. Got the valance within a few days and the blinds fit perfectly and are great!
