We are enjoying our new blinds. The look great and make our sunroom look so much better over the mini blinds we had before. The new blinds are easy to open and close with the pull cords. There were a total of 7 Blinds, 6 blinds-70"x70" and 1 blind-35"x70" in a room 22'x18'. There are great. Thanks

I'd ordered two blinds a year or so ago, and wanted to order one more a couple months ago. I emailed with customer service, Patty was her name, I believe, and she helped me find the right size and color from my earlier order. I placed the order later in the day, and she had watched for it, and took the time to contact me to make sure I'd ordered the right color, since I'd originally stated I wanted to order the same color as before, but had decided to change my mind and order a slightly different color this time. It was really nice of her to take the time to check with me, and to have noticed I'd ordered differently that I'd originally told her in the first place! I LOVE my blinds. They fit perfectly, and are say to install. And customer service was excellent!!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
