Feb 23 2009 just wanted to let you know that I was very impressed with the blinds that I recently ordered. They look great and we can already feel the difference in heat retention due to the double cells! ALso - the installation was amazingly easy!! I installed 5 large blinds by myself in about 40 minutes. Whoever came up with the hardware for this installation deserves a medal! I was expecting to spend the entire afternoon on this project and was so pleasantly surprised when I realized how elegantly simple the installation was. We did have some trouble receiving our order. The first blind arrived on time, but the second blind was lost in shipping and we did not receive it until a month after the initial shipping. The customer service was good and the last representative was very helpful. She (Keia) followed up and made sure that our order arrived and in good condition.

I can't say enough good things about the product, service, installation and quality. Now I'm looking for panel track verticals and am so disappointed that you don't carry them.
