First, I was very pleasantly surprised to receive a new blind for my bathroom. I really didn't expect that, and it is very much appreciated. The new blind fits so nicely, it is straight across the top. The bottom is much better as far as being straight, but it is still slightly raised on either edge.

I am very happy with the service and quality of product I received from your company and will recommend it to all my friends.

I received my blinds on Friday and installed them myself over the weekend and wanted to let you know how happy I am with the quality of the product and great customer service I received from Blinds Chalet. Ordering was a breeze. I called and spoke with Stacie who was a great help. Gave her the size of my sliding door, the product I was interested in, and she worked out all of the details. The blinds fit perfectly and are beautiful. Shipping was quick, the product was well packaged and nothing was damaged. I order a lot of products online, and not many companies have impressed me like Blinds Chalet. Don't hesitate to order from them!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
