Most of our blinds are nice, but a few seems to be of poor quality and do not work correctly. Also some of the easy up are very noisy and do not work smoothly. The customer service people I spoke with were always super helpful and I really appreciated how knowledgable and willing to help they seemed to be.

GOOD: EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE during ordering. Extraordinary efforts were made to ensure rush delivery. Very nice. BAD: Ordered inside valance but received outside valance! (I was forced to modify it myself.) Installation instructions were too sketchy. During these problems there was no assistance!

I like your product and I like your staff. My only complant was that my blinds took a long time to get ready and when they were finally done the driver could not find my house so I ended up driving to pick up my blinds myself because I wanted them before easter since I was having company over. The blinds were promised to me all week and then It was Friday when they tried to deliver. I called on friday and picked them up just before you closed. That was the only frusterating thing.
