While the lack of space may be a problem for the playground and the garage, but it may not be a problem for would be gardeners. While you may not have the space for a large garden, you may be able to start of window box garden. What is that you may ask? A window box is a small container or hanging basket that can be used to plant items. They can contain anything from flowers to fresh herbs to vegetables.
While a window box garden is the name, you can actually use other methods. If you have a small patio or fire escape, you can place them there. Or, if you only have a window sill, that would be an acceptable location for growing. Plus, the container does not have to be elaborate, it can be as simple as an old coffee can, glass jars, a hanging basket or any similar containers. All you really need is Sun and some water to help your small garden grow.
