When I add the Tavarua Woven Wood Shades in the color Laguna Umber, I cannot add the edge binding but if I choose a different color, I can add that option. It that offer only on certain items? I want to order the ComfortTrack 3/8" Translucent Double Cell Shade with the "Cordless" option. Does the blind then have a small tab at the bottom of the blind to lift and lower it? Also, the blind is for a high transom window, so I need a pole to be able to lift and lower it. Do you carry poles? What lengths are they and what is the cost? My home is decorated in the Mediterranean look I am very confused on what faux blinds I should order. Most of my woods are cherry and oak. I need blinds for all of my rooms. Should I keep the blind colors all the same color or can I change without looking broke up and not consistent. My gut is saying to keep them light through all rooms and make it consistent. I have a question about your Signature Composite 2" Faux Wood Blinds. When selecting options, for tilter position I have the option of "Left" or "Right", and the hover information says that the tilt cord or wand can be positioned accordingly. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address to return the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, refunds will be processed 2-3 business days after receiving the items.
