With the Home Depot incentive, buying window treatments becomes the perfect way for everyone to start or finish home improvements.

To qualify for the $25 Home Depot Gift Card, consumers need to spend $400 or
more after the 30% discount. Handling fees, tax, and other fees
excluded. The only valid coupon that can be applied to qualify for the
gift card is coupon code “MEMORIAL”. No other coupon codes apply with
this offer.


Limit one gift card per customer. Orders
cannot be split into two separate orders to qualify for two gift cards.
No combining orders between family members or friends in order to
qualify for a gift card. Home Depot cards will arrive 4-6 weeks after delivery.


Blinds Chalet is not responsible for address
changes that may occur from when each customer’s order is placed and if
a home address may change between the order date and the actual
delivery of your gift card. Any cancellations of orders will negate the
possibility of qualifying for a gift card. Each gift card will be mailed
to the shipping address entered at the time the order was placed.

  • In the event that a product, color or product feature has been discontinued and it is no longer available we will provide a substitute product as similar as possible to the original blind or shade.
  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

30 Day Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
