The product is great but the installation instructions are poorly written. The tie-down clips do not work with the stopping balls on the plastic chain. The stopping balls are in the wrong place and do not allow the shades to lower completely.

i so loved my experience....with the on line chat lady.....one of the blinds had a broken plastic bracket and a loose string....but we fixed it with glue and tied it up ....the brown has a green look to it but we have grown use to it
