Eco Green Roller Shades - Solar Screen Shades - EcoShades

I am interested in your EcoShades. I like the fact that there are no VOCs, but what flame retardant is the material treated with? PBDEs have been banned in Washington State and in Europe so I'm trying to avoid that flame retardant. Is your material made in the United States, shipped to you in a raw format, or made in another location then shipped to you?

Our line of Eco Shades are made from PVC free, 100% polyester fabrics that are fully recyclable. Each solar screen shade has VOCs and is GREENGuard certified. GREENGuard Environmental Institute (GEI) has tested the fabric of our Eco Green Roller Shades and EcoGreen Solar Screen Shades shades and dtermined they meet acceptable standards for indoor air quality.

Not only is the fabric free of VOCs, the eco green roller shades offer fire resistant fabrics with the fire classification NFPA 701-99 small scale.

Each Eco Green Shade is made in the US. Manufactured in either an east coast plant or a west coast plant depending on your location and shipped directly to your home.

Each solar screen shade comes with your choice of hardware system. Choose from the traditional standard roller or upgrade your roller blinds with a cassette headrail. EAch cassette headrail is designed to cover the fabric roll as well as the mounting brackets. Wrapped with matching fabric, adding a cassette headrail creates a more elegant solar roller shade.
