Depending on the vertical blind product that you choose it can be made out of one of three materials; PVC, Fabric, or Faux Wood. No matter which material your blinds are made out of, each is a lasting product that with endure through everyday use and the commotion of life.

  • Due to their long vanes, vertical blinds are easy to clean. They primarily only require a wipe down with a wet rag to keep the product spotless.
  • Perfect for covering sliding glass doors and large windows, and because they are suited to areas due to frequent interactions, our vertical blinds are durable to last through day-to-day use.

Additional Vanes (3 pack) - By adding a pack of additional vanes to your purchase you’ll have some on hand should you ever need a replacement. Useful for areas of the home that have high foot traffic (especially with small children).

Things to Think About

When vertical blinds are placed in areas of the house that receive high amounts of foot traffic, particularly that of small children, the vanes of the blinds can be easily ripped off. Our Bali line of vertical blinds possess a humidity tolerant design, making them the ideal selection for humid climates and humid environments (i.e. near a shower) alike. The Premier line of vertical blinds has the look of fabric vanes, when in reality, they are made from PVC.

Our Perforated 3 ½” Vertical Blinds are designed for light control as opposed to blocking light or providing privacy. This entails that there is a small gap in between the vanes of the blinds, allowing a softer light to filter in.

If the window coverings do not fit, please let us know within 30 days of receiving the items. The blinds/shades will be remade at the correct dimensions at no cost to you unless there is a difference in price between the old and new sizes or if the new size requires an oversize shipping fee. Limit is 1 remake per blind/shade. All remakes will have to be remade in the same color, feature and specifications, no changes are allowed.

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.

Any mis-measurements reported after 30 days will not be covered, however, new blinds and shades can be ordered with an additional 10% discount.

30 Day Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address to return the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed 2-3 business days after receiving the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
