Materials

Our exterior shades are crafted from fabric designed for the outdoors -- 30% polyester and 70% PVC. This blend of materials ensures that the shades withstand outside weather and constant sun. The weave of the fabric offers UV protection for both house and humans, while not completely obstructing the view.

Features

  • As expected from a product meant to be placed outside, our exterior blinds are durable and made to withstand the elements.
  • Each shade comes with hold down brackets to make sure they are securely in place, in the event of wind and other weather.
  • Exterior shades not only make spending time outside more enjoyable, but they offer UV protection and sun glare blocking for the home.

Options & Upgrades

  • Bungee Hold Downs - Only available on Sunlera Exterior Sun Screen Shades. The Bungee Hold Down works with a small bracket mounted on the wall or post at the bottom of where your shades are located. A small bungee cord strap on the bottom the shade at each side can then be attached to the bracket securing the shade in place.
  • Motorization - Available on our Exterior Solar Sun Screens. Raise and lower your window shades with the touch of a finger. Our remote controlled shades use a radio technology system. Cassette headrail upgrade is required for motorization on all roller shades. Minimum mounting depth required is 3 1/4".

  • Parts that fail due to accident, alteration and/or improper use

Resolution:
  • BlindsChalet.com reserves, at its discretion, the right to repair, replace or refund any blinds found defective.
  • If there are multiple blinds/shades in the same room, only the defective product will be replaced/repaired.
  • In the event that a product, color or product feature has been discontinued and it is no longer available we will provide a substitute product as similar as possible to the original blind or shade.
  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

30 Day Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
