The materials used in our roller shades can vary between the product chosen. Our Retro Vinyl Blackout Roller Shades are made from a 4-ply vinyl fiberglass material, offering long lasting durability. Both our Signature Light Filtering and Signature Room Darkening roller shades are crafted out of 100% PVC free and 100% recyclable materials. No matter the material, our roller shades are manufactured to be durable and high quality.

  • Available as either light filtering shades or blackout shades.
  • All roller shade products come with a fabric wrapped bottom rail, for a cohesive appearance.

Roller Shades Upgrades

  • Cassette Headrail / Fascia Valance - With both of these upgrades, the roll of the blinds is hidden. The cassette headrail uses matching material to offer a clean, finished look. Fascia valances not only hide the roll at the top, but also the mounting brackets.
  • Reverse Roll / Standard Roll - Standard roll is where the shades roll off the back of the roller, showing the back of the fabric when it is wrapped around the roller. Reverse roll entails the shades coming over the front and covering the roller.
  • Motorization / Remote Control - A cordless option for shades which involves either a remote control or wall control.

  • In the event that a product, color or product feature has been discontinued and it is no longer available we will provide a substitute product as similar as possible to the original blind or shade.
  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

30 Day Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
