For the price (one of the best online), the blinds are great. I love the top-down option. I was disappointed that the metal parts of the blinds were so yellow-white though (do not match my white window trim) - I was not expecting that and there was no option given to choose. But I would buy again from this company.

Twin header (10 feet long) went up easily. Came in an indestructible box. Of course, now I have the box to recycle, and it took a circular saw to cut it up. These were WELL packaged.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
