The Roman shade was nicely made and the color was perfect. My only complaint is that I ordered my shade with a valance and it did not have one, so it looks very plain when shades are drawn. Other than that I am very happy.

Nancy couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. She answered all our questions competently and cheerfully sent us some samples. Our blind was perfect - exactly what we wanted and it arrived within a few days of our order. After having a bad experience with a big box store (which rhymes with Home Depot) who couldn't manage to get us a blind after months, I can tell you I will always order from Blind Chalet from now on...and only from Nancy.

The shades themselves are great but the screws provided are worthless. I installed several of these shades at both work and home and had to use my own screws in each instance.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
