The Roman shade was nicely made and the color was perfect. My only complaint is that I ordered my shade with a valance and it did not have one, so it looks very plain when shades are drawn. Other than that I am very happy.

Well made and fits properly. Beyond checking for proper fit, I haven't had to use it much yet, my plan is to dust the blinds monthly so they never get an accumulation of dust and this product will handle that with no problem

Nancy couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. She answered all our questions competently and cheerfully sent us some samples. Our blind was perfect - exactly what we wanted and it arrived within a few days of our order. The shades themselves are great but the screws provided are worthless. I installed several of these shades at both work and home and had to use my own screws in each instance.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
