I have a trapezoidal window-right side higher than the left. Can I get a cellular blind or another type of blind?
A:
We no longer offer trapezoid cellular shades or any trapezoid window treatments online. We do not offer them for sale online because measuring can be tricky. It is best to visit a local specialty window blinds store in your area instead of ordering them online.

Most common trapezoid shaped windows are angled at the top of the window frame. To measure for trapezoid blinds you will need to measure the width of the window as well as the both sides of the window for height. You can take advantage of our measuring service using one of our highly qualified contractors if you would like. This would ensure that your measurements are correct.

  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

30 Day Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
