Had these blinds installed over four years ago in our Lanai. They worked wonders I love the look. The only issue we had is because they were so tall the string would get all tangled which was frustrating. Other then that. Great blinds. Will use them again

The blinds were an excellent price and quality.
The one problem I had was the top rail and bottom rail had a bow in it and so had a little bit of problem to install after head rail was put on could not see the bow and the bottom rail the couch was in front of over all I would order again from Blinds Chalet I needed the blind for my front window because of sun living in Florida I could wait another 2-3 weeks for a new one.
