These Shutters fit, function and are very beautiful. Recommend installing a screw at the top of each hinge for additional support. Be sure to very carefully measure the window opening as the dimensions can and often do vary in width and height. Great product and decorator look upgrade for double hung windows.

These wood alternative shutters are absolutely beautiful! They are an extremely high quality product. So easy to install. Compared to the very expensive brand (HD) these use the same materials to construct and are a fraction of the cost through Blinds Chalet.

We were shopping online for shutters and locally in Pensacola. When I say we I mean my wife and I. We chose your company because of the price and you were having a sale on the eclipse shutters so we saved even more approximately $400 a window. We sent the measurements and our preference for the shutters and when they Arrived to us they were a perfect fit. With your hardware and ease of instructions we had both sets of shutters installed into windows in less than 30 minutes. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
