Vinyl shutters are easy to clean, in most cases with soap and water. They come with a permanent finish that never needs painting and will not stain. Virtually indestructible. Will not warp, fade, crack or peel.
Made from fire-retardant materials that resists ignition and flame spread our vinyl window shutters are a safe option for both commercial and residential applications. Meets and exceeds NFPA-701 flammability testing. NFPA-701 certified.
Our poly-resin shutters are also environmentally friendly. All scrap material is recycled and they do not destroy our forests. Green guard certified for air quality. No off gassing, low emitting VOC's, hypoallergenic and microbial resistant. All remnants of the Eclipse shutter are recyclable.

Invisible Tilt
Tilts louvers with no tilt rod at all. The gear driven system is built into each stile, and tilts louvers flawlessly with precision tight control.
Split Tilt
Allows for a single panel to have 2 tilt controls to operate the top and bottom of the shutter separately. For even numbers of louvers, the number of louvers operated by the top and the bottom tilting system will be the same. For odd numbers of louvers, the number of louvers operated by the bottom tilting system will be one more than the number of louvers operated by the top tilting system.

The type of shutter frame is somewhat determined by the window.
Inside Mount
Hanging Strip For windows with at least 2.5" of depth with inside mount.
Z-Frame/Trim Frame For inside mount shutters with at least 2.5" of depth.
Outside Mount Frame size = 2 3/4"
L-Frame For outside mount shutters with or without molding. May be mounted on top of existing molding. Frame size = 1 5/8"
Trim Frame (Face Mount) For outside mount shutters with or without molding. May be mounted on top of existing molding. Frame size = 2 1/4"

Frame Sides
The number of sides of the shutter frame. 4 sides are standard but for instance if your window has an extruding window sill 3 sides is recommended.
Number of Panels
Determined by the width of your window, the number of shutter panels within the shutter frame. You can adjust this number to customize your shutter design, look, and feel. When more than one panel is selected they will be equal size.
Panel Fold
How each panel attaches to the frame and the other shutter panels. Shutter configurations are when looking at the shutter from inside the house and are listed from left to right.

Divider Rail
Divider rails are used to add strength and stiffen the shutter panels. Shutter panels over 66 inches in height will require a divider rail. Divider rails allow the top and bottom portions of the panel to be tilted open and close independently but do not allow the top and bottom sections to swing open separately. The measurement for the divider rail position is from the bottom of the shutter frame to the center of the divider rail.
Louver Size
Louvers are the horizontal slats on each shutter panel. Louvers are available in various sizes measured by the vertical dimension of the louver.
