I am very pleased with my shades, I had to have one replaced and they were so nice about it and I just got it up, because my husband had to go to ER and I just now hung the replacement and it is working excellent. I am 72 and did it all myself so that will tell you how easy it was. I would recommend this co. and I would order from them again.

We got these to replace the aluminum blinds in our travel trailer. We were very nervous since we really hadn't seen them in action. We went to Home Depot and looked at their shades but the cost for one shade would have been more than the four from Blinds Chalet. We got the samples and they looked go so we went ahead and ordered. They arrived within two weeks and were exactly what we wanted. I would not hesitate to use them again. If I have one critique it would be that the instructions were not very clear although I figured it out fairly easily.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
