I purchased blinds and the valence was the wrong color and broken on the ends. The customer rep ordered me the correct valence last week and said i should have it soon. I was glad that i didn't have to battle to get the issue resolved. Blinds are great though. Smooth operation and durable.

I love the quality of the blinds and the look. However the valence was obviously a different color. And it was broken on the ends. I spoke to the rep last week and havent heard back or recieved an email about the status or whats going on with them. I was thinking this might be a priority and i would have them soon. I hope they are here by COB on friday. This will show me how important rectifying problems is with your company. And yes I do realize you have a manufacturer to deal with but that shouldnt be an excuse to a good customer.

these are a good bit noisier than the premier ones i bought last year. they make a ratcheting sound both raising and lowering. they seem to work just fine, but the premier ones are silent.

A+ blinds and A+ service. We ordered several blinds of this style and some of them have the top down/bottom up feature. We are very happy with that feature, which lets light in at the top of the window rather than at the traditional area below the shade when it is raised. Installation was a breeze -- the easiest we have ever encountered. We loved the colors we selected. The standard binding along both sides is very narrow, which we like because it is very subtle. If you want it to stand out, you should upgrade and get the wider tape. We had a problem with the color of 2 of the shades and are concern was promptly and professionally handled. We are very satisfied with these blinds.
