Although theses have only been hanging for a few weeks, they seem very substantial & are exactly what we were looking for. I like the cordless version as we only open/ close the slats as opposed to lifting the entire shade. They give a clean, transitional look to the room & the color was exactly as the sample portrayed. They fit perfectly in the space!

When opened, several of the blinds I ordered do not touch the base of the window. (I measured more than once.) It's only when I close the blinds that they touch. Since my windows are nearly floor to ceiling, the gap is not enough to notice. Other than the slightly short length, I love the look and quality of the blinds.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
