Our Aspen 2 1/2" Faux Wood Blinds are designed with wider, moisture-resistant engineered polymer slats that create a bold, elegant look while standing up to everyday wear. The sturdy steel-supported headrail offers exceptional stability, reducing the chance of bowing and helping the blinds maintain their shape over time. A trapezoid bottom rail ensures a tighter, more secure closure for improved light control and privacy.

Color-matched wands can be positioned on either side, adding flexibility and a clean, coordinated finish. Installation is simple, and the Aspen line is available in crisp white tones as well as a selection of warm, wood-inspired stains such as chestnut, walnut, mahogany, and maple. You can also choose an optional cornice-style valance to further enhance the traditional, upscale presentation.

Multiple Blinds on a Shared Headrail
Because large blinds and shades can be heavier and more difficult to raise and lower, the 2-on-1 or 3-on-1 headrail option allows two or three smaller shades to share one common headrail and valance. This creates a cleaner, more streamlined look across wider windows.

A small 1/4" to 1/2" gap between adjacent shades is normal and required for proper operation.

These blinds are so beautiful! We recently moved into a brand new house on the water and needed something to show off the views but provide privacy at night. Since we used these blinds in our old house we decided to go with them again after considering many other options. The 2 1/2 inch slats look like plantation shutters from the outside of the house but are much less expensive. We chose white again because everything else in the house is white. I made a mistake measuring one window and had to do a slightly outside mount instead of the inside mounts of all the other windows. The upgraded valance did not look so great because it did not fully cover the mounting box. I worked with Nancy in customer service who helped me with ordering an outside mount valance and now it looks amazing. Blinds Chalet has the best prices (they have many promotions), and I shopped for a long time! They also have blinds that feature the greatest quality and options, and are shipped fast and securely. Because my house is a new build, delivery was a nightmare up to this point..I say "up to this point" because Jill personally called Fedex and made sure my blinds would be delivered to my tricky address! Blinds Chalet has the best customer service period! I would never shop anywhere else!

What Is Covered

Our window coverings are covered against manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship when used as intended, provided that:

  • The product has been correctly measured, installed, and operated.
  • All Blinds Chalet guidelines regarding product limitations, maintenance, and care have been followed.

Who Is Eligible

This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.


Blinds Chalet’s Responsibility

If a covered defect is confirmed, Blinds Chalet will, at its discretion, repair the product, replace affected parts, or provide a comparable replacement.


Costs not included: The customer is responsible for expenses related to shipping as well as any measuring, installation, removal, or reinstallation services. Labor charges, service visits, and similar costs are not covered by this warranty.

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Improper measurement, installation, cleaning, or maintenance.
  • Normal wear and tear, including fading, discoloration, or deterioration from sunlight or moisture.
  • Frayed cords, cord breakage, or reduced cord performance due to age or heavy use.

Fading and normal aging of materials are expected characteristics and are not considered defects.


Warranty Limitations

This warranty is exclusive and replaces any other expressed or implied warranties. No Blinds Chalet employee or representative is authorized to modify or extend these terms.


Blinds Chalet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or failure.

Resolution on Warranties and Guarantees
  • BlindsChalet.com reserves, at its discretion, the right to repair, replace or refund any blinds found defective. Limit 1 remake per covered product.
  • If there are multiple blinds/shades in the same room, only the defective product will be replaced/repaired.
  • In the event that a product, color or product feature has been discontinued and it is no longer available we will provide a substitute product as similar as possible to the original blind or shade.
  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.
  • If a product or component has been discontinued, Blinds Chalet will repair or replace the affected part with the closest available match in design and color.
