The blinds were very nice. I ordered the wrong size and Embassy wanted to charge an exorbient price to cut them down 1.5 inch on each size. So, I cut them down myself and it was pretty simple to do so.

I ordered these bamboo blinds in Natural, which has a green tint to it, which is what the sample looked like. What I got had no green in it whatsoever. I was told that the bamboo is only green at certain times of the year. I wasn't told this when I placed my order. So now I have blinds that are not the right color and according to the manufacturer, I can't GET the right color. ??

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
