I have to say this..... I haven't received my blinds as of yet but my reason for choosing Blinds Chalet was simple. They sent me a free sample of the wooden blinds that I ended up purchasing (and even paid the shipping costs). If that's not a good business practice I don't know what is. Based on the quality of the sample and the price of the actual blinds, I had to order it. Too bad my blinds were custom..... Now I'm patiently waiting

I got my blinds and they are EXACTLY, I repeat..... EXACTLY, what I expected. I put them up in less than 10 minutes and I'm too crazy about the look. I have no comment on the delivery, they were custom so I didn't expect them to ship in 2-3 days.

Your shades are great & your prices are awesome a true 5-star rating!! the customer service is an asset that can't be beat!! just for consumers to know for the zebra shades you can add a fabric cassette valance if you call up the company asap after you put in your order for an additional minimal fee that really makes a huge difference in the look of the shade!! happy shopping @ blinds chalet. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
