I am so pleased with the shutters. They installed easily. The key is to make sure to measure correctly. Measure twice, just to be certain. They are a beautiful addition to our home and really has become a focal point in my kitchen.

These shutters are exactly what we needed to keep out the harsh West Texas sun. They arrived well packaged, however one set was damaged. I called Blind Chalet and they were extremely helpful. They re-ordered them right away after I sent them a photo of the damaged set. I expect them to arrive any day. Overall, These blinds were so easy to install, and they really look beautiful.

Price, Fabrication/delivery time, End result: GREAT. We measured by ourselves and that was easy. The online ordering process was confusing for both my husband and me. We cross-refernced your term definitions w/other websites' to figure out what each option meant so it was scary and time-consuming. Our contractor said horizontal frame bars weren't needed for installation, so he just glued on some guide pieces instead. Net result? Couldn't be happier.

  • In the event that a product, color or product feature has been discontinued and it is no longer available we will provide a substitute product as similar as possible to the original blind or shade.
  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
