Luckily my installer was able to change the brackets and make it work??
When you read the instructions for measuring, it does state to only measure the window and allowances will be made for the inside or outside mount

The packaging was poor at best. I had 4 blinds from 63-84” long. They were packed 2 in a box. Three of the four had damaged end plates and were off the brackets. The shipping boxes were much longer than the blinds, allowing them to slide from end to end during shipment, which caused the damage. I did not file a claim because I wanted to finish the project. They were mounted inside so most of damage could not be seen.
The product, lead time, and price were all excellant.
