Works well, easy to install, plenty of visibility on the 14% screen. When the sun is out, no one can see it. When it's about the same brightness inside and out,that's when people can begin to see in. When it's dark outside and the lights are on inside, there is a false sense of privacy, because everything is on display. Has the same principle as a one way mirror. I use the solar shades for privacy during the day light hours, and use curtains for night time privacy. During full sun, a shadow is still cast through the screen, but much cooler to the skin. The build appears to be similar to the insect screens used on windows. A black plastic fiber, which is woven into a denser weave than a regular insect screen. I have used white screens in the past, the black one allows the best see though visibility, maximising contrast of objects outdoors.

The first step of receiving product samples was a definite plus in helping to choose the right color and type of roller shade. But I would like to review Blindschalet company. I emailed customer service with questions 5 times and each time received an answer soon after emailing even during the weekend! Although the website has measuring instructions I needed extra help and when the products arrived I held my breath, put them up to the windows and they are perfect! So pleased with the product (well made and great sun-blocking) and customer service. Thanks again for your help and a wonderful product.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
