Love my blinds, look just as good as if not better then the high end stores for 1/2 the price. I ordered samples first, which helped match color I wanted . The samples came fast and the blinds came fast too!!

The blinds arrived quickly and were packaged well. I especially appreciated the fact that each blind had a sticker with the measurement and the 'name' I gave each blind when ordering. This made it much easier to determine which blind went where since we ordered 9 blinds. I would have liked to have givven a rating of 5 for ease of installation, but we ordered 2 blinds that were fairly large and required more difficulty mounting brackets. Average sized windows (width less that 50 inches) had super easy brackets to attach to the blinds. Overall, we were very satisified with the color (matched samples perfectly), speed of delivery, and quality of the blinds. We will need time to go by before I can comment on the durablity of the product. Thanks

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
