Blinds Chalet offers a wide variety of high quality window treatments. They sent me exactly what I ordered and made sure the blinds were well protected in transit. Also, the items shown on their website are exactly what they are in person! My only complaint is that the valences on my Bali blinds are very skimpy; I expected a more substantial valence, similar to those provided with the wood blinds I purchased (not from Blinds Chalet) 3 or 4 years ago. The drapery rod covers the top of the shade, so the valence is not a major concern. I enjoyed dealing with Blinds Chalet and even though I had no need to contact customer service - because the size, color, etc. are exactly as ordered - I am certain that the representative would have been as helpful and professional as the rest of my experience.

We are very pleased with our purchase. After asking for samples prior to ordering I was able to determine which color would look best. The shades are the color I ordered and look great. Installation was easy. The only problem we encountered was missing a bracket to install our final shade. I contacted the company and asked for one more bracket and received a packet in the mail a few days later with an entire kit of brackets.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
