Excellent quality! Very happy. Would be nice if valances were more readily available with these double cell shades. In an alcove of 5 windows I installed these 4 with a larger roman shade in middle. I'd have liked to have tied them together with valances in the same material as the shade. But it still looks fine!

The shades were great, high quality. The included handles are very cheap looking. The included directions were not helpful at all. Two pictures, no description, no guidance. Had to research elsewhere to make sure we were installing properly. Installing was actually fairly easy but would have been much easier with directions.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
