The shade is beautiful. I love the top down, bottom up to let in light and still enjoy privacy. The only quirky thing about it is that when you have the top down and go to put it back up, the plastic thing on the bottom up cord gets in the way, so you have to go back and forth between the two. When installing, we had to install the top brackets more towards the center of the window because the end caps on the shades got in the way of snapping the shade into place. Other than that, installation was pretty easy.

I really love my top down/bottom up shades. They let a lot of sunshine in to my apartment, while offering me plenty of privacy. Blindschalet sent me email updates to notify me when the shades were ready and shipped. I am very happy with the color and fit of the shades as well.

The blinds themselves are nice and fit just right, the problem we have and still do is the hardware to put them up. They were mounted inside the windows. They are mounted against the inside but the blinds do not fit snug and tight in the brackets..one side seem to always slip off.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
