We are so glad we finally made the decision to order from Blinds Chalet!! They are good for the non-mechanical person in your family to put up!!! My hubby and son put them up in no time!!! The colors are great to choose from !! And the actual product looks great on our newly remodeled 70's home!!! Thank you!!!

I wish I could have gotten the upgrade on the material but I wanted the continuous cord, and they were only available in less desirable material.

I wish I could have gotten the upgrade on the material but I wanted the continuous cord, and they were only available in less desirable material. I have had problems with the little plastic housing (where the two strings come together) on the narrower shades I ordered. It comes apart often; that width was not available in continuous loop. I also ordered a shade for my study that I believe was a deluxe 3/8 double cell. It works very well (continuous loop) and looks okay.

Blinds are fine. Was sent wrong hardware to install them. Took a phone call to get it right hardware.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
