These look great installed. One operates a little more jerkily than the other two, but without problem.

We are thrilled with this purchase. We are using the new blinds on a window that sits directly next to a toilet, facing onto our deck -- we wanted something that would help a person sitting on the toilet feel VERY private (even if there were people on the deck, right outside the window). But we also wanted to let light into the room, as this window is the only one in the bathroom. The new blind is beautiful and classy, and feels very private -- exactly what we were hoping to achieve!

I ordered 4 top-down/bottom up translucent cell shades for our 3 season porch. I was thrilled with how quickly they were delivered. the quality is excellent and compares to Lavolor and Hunter Douglas but was considerably less in price. My only disappointment was I never received an email saying when my order would be shipped. I had to send an email to find out myself.

  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
