I was very well pleased with the quick shipping and phone service I received from Blinds Chalet. However the one thing that most impressed me was the extremely high quality product. I can not believe how well this roller blind works it is heavy duty and goes up and down with great precision. The light blocking is super excellent it could not be better. I have used these blinds in my computer room and TV room where no drapes or curtains are needed. However as certain times of the day the sunshine would wash out the TV or monitor. These blinds block the light so well it is almost 100%. A+A+A+

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
