We ordered 2 blinds which were packed separately and on arrival one box didn't have the wing nuts needed to install, but when we told them, they sent them very quickly. Easy to install. My husband did it by himself. Would recommend this product.

I am very pleased with shades ordered. They arrived quickly. They were well packed. They were very easy to install. The top-down, bottom-up feature is wonderful and works smoothly. The shades fit the windows perfectly. The privacy liners are sewn with the edge binding which was a wonderful surprise. Last and certainly not least...the blinds themselves are simply beautiful. All in all...quality shades and a great price. No complaints at all.
