I need to order reed shades for 19 windows. I had the material picked out and ready to order from a company named Castec. They apparently went out of business. The two colors that I was going to order from them were Katsu/Ash 3908 and Kappari/Spice 3334. I tried to find matching colors on your website, but I don't have a good eye for colors.

We do not carry the Castec brand of bamboo reed shades and are not familiar with how their colors match with our product colors. We offer free samples on all of our bamboo shades and you should be able to find a similar woven wood style or pattern. All of the reed shades we carry are private label products.

Look for free upgrades on all of our woven wood reed shades such as free edge binding. Also watch for free privacy or blackout liners with the purchase of our Tavarua bamboo shades. These two upgrades not only add color and style to the shades they also serve a function. Edge binding helps protect the reeds from breaking and the liners offer added privacy and light control. With woven reed blinds, light can enter through the individual bamboo pieces.

If the window coverings do not fit, please let us know within 30 days of receiving the items. The blinds/shades will be remade at the correct dimensions at no cost to you unless there is a difference in price between the old and new sizes or if the new size requires an oversize shipping fee. Limit is 1 remake per blind/shade. All remakes will have to be remade in the same color, feature and specifications, no changes are allowed.

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.

Any mis-measurements reported after 30 days will not be covered, however, new blinds and shades can be ordered with an additional 10% discount.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address to return the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed 2-3 business days after receiving the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
