If you are mounting blinds or shades to fit within any openings such as between cabinets or walls use inside mount.
Mount Type:
Specify the mount type of the blind or shade. Blinds can be mounted inside the window frame or on the wall or ceiling outside the window frame. If mounting inside a window frame ensure your windows are the proper depth to allow the blinds to fit. Outside mount ensure you do not have any trim or other obstructions.

I wasn't entirely sure I would love these so I bought ONE. I have 3 more windows to cover and I will be ordering them in the spring when we are back to our summer home. They really do block the heat while allowing some light in. You CAN see through them, although not as clear and crisp as when the window is not covered, obviously. We wanted to help keep some of the heat of the blazing sun out. And really do think they work for this. The fit perfectly and my husband commented on how easy they were to install - he complains about every thing he has to install so this is also significant. As I said, we WILL be ordering three more this spring. Oh - and the color was perfect for me. Keep in mind every computer screen will read color a little differently. These folks also offer color swatches so you can be sure. I really like the beaded pull cord as opposed to the string. I think it's a bit more sturdy. Also, keep in mind that during the daylight you can see out, others cannot see in... HOWEVER, at night, the opposite is true. You really can't see out and everyone can see in - so they do not replace your curtains or blinds. Our windows are very deep so we were able to install these screen toward the window and our custom blinds more forward. A perfect match. Manufacture and delivery did take a little time, but it arrived as promised. And remember - they are custom made.

One blind came damaged, wasn't the smoothest return/exchange. I am actually still in the process of getting the replacement. It took a little over a week for them to get the exchange in process. Other than I love the blinds.
